Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including used or damaged items not caused by transit, items returned without original packaging, custom or special-order items where stated, clearance items where stated, and gift cards.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement where available. Contact us before sending the item back.
